Toss, 1.30 pm Mohammad Hafeez has won the toss and Pakistan will bat. He's doing that because he has four spinning options and wants them to have last use of a pitch that was played on yesterday.

Pakistan have brought in three players - Asad Ali, Sohail Tanvir and Haris Sohail. Asad Ali and Haris Sohail are making their debuts. Hafeez said Nasir Jamshed isn't playing, and neither are Mohammad Irfan and Junaid Khan.

West Indies have left out Shannon Gabriel and brought in Christopher Barnwell. Sammy also wished Sir Garry Sobers a happy birthday at the toss.

C Rampersaud: "Gayle is not a confident batsman and should not open the batting, should be half way in line or there are good players out there who should get a chance - he fall too many times for cheap and it is getting too tough to watch - thanks."

Sadiq Amin: "oh hafeez how can you drop M.Irfan, he did'nt perform only in one match and you dropped him. he should have been given chance."

Haider: "Dropping Junaid and Irfan isn't a bad idea considering how many runs they went for last games. I've never been a big fan of Tanvir but I think it'll pay dividends this game."

Waleed: "All those who are saying Irfan and Junaid shouldn't have been dropped- this is the ideal time to test new players. I never understand my countrymen,when the captain doesn't give a youngster a chance they all go mad and when he does they say he shouldn't have dropped X or Y."
